Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by TE, at any time
without notice. This shall be in such cases, but not limited to,

misleading slaes promotion, pornorgaphic material or links to such sites,

inappropriate language or langauge which is inconsistant with the law.

of the website or links that the member may make to take viewers to

another website beyond the one to which TE is linked, and failure to

maintain the member website in a timely manner. In the event of

termination, you are no longer authorized to access to TE, the bulletin

boards and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material

downloaded from the bulletin boards, the disclaimers and limitations

of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.

All links to this website must be approved in writing by TE, except
that TE does consent to links in which the link and the pages that
are activated by the link do not:
(a) create frames around any page on this website or use other
techniques that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance
of any content within this site or create the impression that the viewer
is not looking at the TE website;
(b) misrepresent your relationship with TE;
(c) imply that TE approves or endorses you, your website, or your
service or product offerings; and
(d) present false or misleading impressions about TE or otherwise
damage the goodwill associated with the TE name or trademarks.
As a further condition to being permitted to link to this site, you
agree that TE may at any time, in its sole discretion, terminate

All submissions are the responsibility of organizations and individuals
who make them and not  TE.  You are responsible to check all
possible conflicts with applicable laws with each submission made. 
This website strongly endorses the protection of intellectual rights

Website Membership

Membership is by subscription for the period of one year.  TE under

no circumstances warrents or guarantees the behavior or performance of

any of its members.  TE will not act as a mediary in any conflict between

its members any any third party(s).  Members agree that all materials on t

heir linked websites is accurate and that they conduct their business

according to applicaticable laws and honorable business proceedure.  TE

does not guarantee that its associations in any form with any of its

members will be productive. No assurance is made of membership results.

If the member has accepted the bonus offer of one extra year in addition to

the paid year, it is agreed that the member shall create links to both

ElderClick.com and TrippExplorer.com to their homepages from a mutually

agreed upon popsitionon the member's website. The links shall be made no

later than 30 days after registration.  These links shall be maintained and

remain for the full year of the paid agreement and the full time of the

additional year.  If at any time the links are broken, the second free year

shall be cancelled at the discretion of TE without notice.

 

Conflict
In the event of any conflict that may involve or utimately could
involve in litigation with TE, it is mutually agreed that
the venue of such review and legal jurisdiction for all procceedings
is Springfield, Masschusetts, USA. Laws of the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts apply.

 

Privacy
You are in control of what information that we might collect
about you. However, if you choose not to share your information,
some areas of the website may not be accessible or useable. In no
event will your personal information be intentionally publicly
displayed with our consent.  We may ask you for information
about yourself when you join or register online, when you use
services or other products, or when you request information.
We may also invite you to complete surveys or provide us with
feedback into which and from which information will be gathered. 

 

Individual responses to surveys will not be availabile for public display.

 

Indemnity
